Delete your account
What deletion does
Deleting your account removes your Grif account, your identity at our sign-in provider (Keycloak) and every personal record you gave us: your profile, your body figures, your diary, your weekly reports and your consents. What the law requires us to keep — the receipt of a payment — stays, tied to an account that no longer answers to your name.
A store subscription is not cancelled by this. Apple and Google, not us, hold your subscription and keep billing it until you cancel it yourself in the store's own subscription settings — deleting your Grif account does not reach a payment method or a renewal that lives with the store. Cancel first if you no longer want to be charged, then delete the account.
From the app
Open the app, go to Profile → Data → Delete account, and confirm.
Without the app
Write to support@grif.fit from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm back once it is done.
